4. Order processing time, delivery time, and cost

- Delivery time: 3–4 business days after dispatch
5. Tax
All orders include applicable taxes. Customers do not need to pay any extra taxes.
6. Order delays
Occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Processing time extension: During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended.
- Shipping delays: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 3–5 business days before contacting our support team.

7. Order tracking
7.1 Tracking Information:
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
7.2 How to Track Your Order:
- Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or
- Visit your Order Page and enter the tracking number to view the latest status.
7.3 Multiple Packages:
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. In that case, we will send you the total tracking numbers via email.
Please note that delivery times between packages may vary slightly, usually within 0–2 days of each other.
7.4 Lost Packages:
If your tracking information hasn’t updated for more than 7 days, please contact our customer support team at service@airskyoffice.com. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
